Education and Experience

With a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and years of experience as a professor, I have trained hundreds of future therapists and provided professional development on ethical practice and career development globally.

In 2010, I established a private practice specializing in mental health and career development. My work has included career counseling for major life transitions and examining the impact of work on personal identity, physical and mental health, and family. I am deeply committed to helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in both their personal and professional lives.

Individual Supervison

$125 per hour, virtual or in-person

These sessions cater to pre-licensed therapists working across various settings, including higher education counseling centers, vocational rehabilitation agencies, K-12 schools, community mental health centers, and private practice.

  • Consultation for supervisee Issues. Support to address high-risk supervisees to protect you and their clients.

Group Supervision for Associates

$100, 90 minute virtual group

Join our dynamic group supervision sessions designed for pre-licensed associates in Oregon seeking a supportive and collaborative environment. These sessions cater to pre-licensed mental health therapists working across various settings, including higher education counseling centers, vocational rehabilitation agencies, community mental health centers, and private practice.

What to Expect

  • Vulnerability and Growth: Engage in open, honest conversations with peers to increase your self-awareness while developing your skills and strategies to improve client outcomes.
  • Interdisciplinary Expertise: Learn from your peers who practice in different settings and modalities.
  • Resource Development: Share what you know and learn from others to expand your network of client resources.
  • Expert Facilitation: Virtual monthly 90 Minute meetings. Closed group with max of six members.
